I follow my passion and work as an Art Therapist and Journey Practitioner. Supporting you in breaking free from old patterns and beliefs, I can guide you to benefit from your body's intuitive wisdom and reconnect with your innate creative power to reinvent yourself.


I hold a Master's in Fine Arts, which has been a valuable foundation for my work as an art therapist. Throughout my career, I have explored the transformative power of art and its ability to heal and inspire. With a deep understanding of both the creative process and the human psyche, I can guide individuals on a profound journey of self-discovery and growth.

In addition to my background in fine arts, I am an accredited Journey Practitioner. The Journey Method, pioneered by Brandon Bays, offers a powerful approach to emotional and physical healing by accessing our innate wisdom and understanding the root causes of our challenges.This unique combination of art therapy and the Journey Method allows me to provide a holistic and profoundly transformative experience for my clients. Before embarking on my career as a therapist, I gained valuable experience in various fields, including education, corporate, and legal sectors.These diverse experiences have given me a broad perspective on the challenges and pressures individuals face in different environments. They have also reinforced my belief in the importance of self-care and expression, especially in high-stress settings. After a series of tragic incidents, I followed my calling to overcome loss and grief, physical and emotional pain, panic attacks and burn-out. I started exploring different modalities and linked them to my creative work. I found a healing method to let go and release trauma and pain. Now, I proudly offer those services and tools that have helped me heal and transform my life - and live it joyfully.

How I do it

As a Coach, Journey Practitioner or Art Therapist, I provide a safe non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences through various modalities. My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I believe everyone possesses unique strengths and inner resources that can be harnessed to navigate life’s challenges, and that art can bypass the limitations of language and tap into the deeper realms of the subconsciousness, allowing healing to occur. Through the combination of self-reflection, creative expression, and compassionate dialogue, I work hand in hand with my clients to uncover their inherent wisdom and support them in their journey toward self-discovery and personal growth.
